Wendy’s experience comes from two decades as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at one of the largest known brands in luxury design build in the Midwest. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Wendy helped the company grow to $60 million in revenue with seven vertically integrated profits centers including architecture, cabinetry, custom homes, development, vacation/resort homes, carpentry, remodeling, home maintenance services and a real estate brokerage. With her energy and passion she has conducted many industry presentations, lectures and workshops.
Wendy founded PowerHouse Advisors to serve design build real estate firms delivering marketing and business development consulting.
